Helen Cahill

CEO

A graduate of University College Dublin Helen has spent over 25 years in senior positions in leading banks and has a proven track record in building diverse businesses. Helen has a deep understanding of the corporate sector having previously held roles as Global Head of Treasury Sales leading teams of consultants providing interest rate and currency risk management solutions to companies in Ireland, the UK, Europe and the USA. Prior to founding InvoiceFair Helen worked as an experienced Financial Adviser and gained significant insights into how professional and institutional investors think and behave.

Peter Brady

CRO

Peter is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years experience managing both multinational companies and SME’s in Ireland and overseas. Peter has an in-depth understanding of working capital and invoice financing both through having run his own businesses and through clients in his accountancy and consultancy practice. He is a creative solution based thinker that intimately understands SME funding requirements.

William Owens

CFO

William leads our Finance & Funding teams. He holds a B.Comm from UCD, Diplomas in International Financial Reporting and Corporate Finance and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Certified Accountants in Ireland. He started his career in KPMG and has since worked in senior management roles in finance, credit & operations across a range of industries and sectors with private, public & private equity owned businesses. William joined InvoiceFair in 2018 and sits on a number of Committees within the business such as Funding and Credit and is a member of the Board of Directors.

Conor Feeney

Head of Credit

Conor heads the Credit Team in InvoiceFair, joining us with over 25 years experience in a number of senior roles in Credit & Risk; right across the financial spectrum from corporate and commercial lending in Irish banks, to alternative lenders and the public sector with NAMA.

David Guilfoyle

Head of Trading

David leads our Trading & Customer Success Team. He has 10 years+ lending experience in major Pillar Irish banks like AIB and Bank of Ireland, where he gained extensive credit experience, managing portfolios of performing and non-performing SME’s. David is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a M.Sc in Banking from UCD.

David Bowman

CTO

David manages the Technical Team at InvoiceFair and is responsible for maintaining and constantly evolving the platform using leading edge technologies. From start-ups to multi-nationals, he’s built a reputation for growing and leading high-performance technology teams that deliver innovative solutions in sectors as diverse as Telecoms, Financial Services, Security & Gaming. David’s experience extends to senior roles in the USA, UK and here in Ireland.

Ciarán O’Reilly

CMO

Ciarán leads the Marketing function at InvoiceFair. He is one of Ireland’s most experienced Strategic Brand & Communications Marketers with over 30 years experience working both on the agency & client side of marketing. Ciarán has extensive experience working with both Multinational and Local brands across B2C and B2B, in virtually every kind of category.

The InvoiceFair founding team has vast experience in business management as well as finance. InvoiceFair was born out of a shared vision that all companies should be able to finance their growth using the best solutions from traditional and alternative funders.
